Buff and Shine Mfg. is now manufacturing a full line of 4″ foam pads that fit the Cyclo dual head polisher. The quality and craftsmanship of these new pads is far superior to anything on the market. Here is why.

VELCRO TRIM – We have taken the extra step to evenly trim the Velcro loop back from the outer edge of the pad to prevent accidental contact with the paint that could cause $100s or possibly $1000s in damages.

CRAFTSMANSHIP – Our pads our consistently crisply and cleanly cut. The side walls of the pad are perfectly straight down on every pad. Check your current stock and you will find inconsistent concaved sidewalls. This is due to incorrect cutting procedures. You will find every pad will look different.

ADHESIVE – A common problem with Velcro pads is the Velcro peeling off. We are using an adhesive that will never come off ever. It is heat resistant, chemical resistant and 100% fully washable over and over again. Remember when you buy Buff and Shine products we stand behind our products with a 100% guarantee.

Buff and Shine listened to the feedback from end-users of Uro-Fiber pads and engineered a new microfiber pad with a standard pile height and shorter profile that provides great finishing results, especially on softer paints.

It is still possible to cut and finish with the Uro-Fiber Finisher pads, but most technicians will prefer to have the one-two punch we like to call “The Uro-Fiber Twins”. Finding a simple to use self centering system has been the subject of many ideas and innovations in the reconditioning industry. The results have been scattered, until now. The benefits of finding a solution are clear: instant centering achieves vibration free buffing with less fatigue and a better result.

Our patent pending “Ring Pad” system does all this and more. Along with the centering benefit we have shaped the front of the pad with a hex design and engineered a flexible backing plate that will accept air, rotary and random orbit buffers; the hex face will help dissipate polish or compounds evenly, minimizing grabbing and reducing heat while the backing plate helps reduce pad stiffness. Each of our colored foam buffs has a measured cell structure that provides a different level of cutting or finishing.
