Along with the centering benefit we have shaped the front of the pad with a hex design and engineered a flexible backing plate that will accept air, rotary and random orbit buffers; the hex face will help dissipate polish or compounds evenly, minimizing grabbing and reducing heat while the backing plate helps reduce pad stiffness. Each of our colored foam buffs has a measured cell structure that provides a different level of cutting or finishing. Buff and Shine listened to the feedback from end-users of Uro-Fiber pads and engineered a new microfiber pad with a standard pile height and shorter profile that provides great finishing results, especially on softer paints.

It is still possible to cut and finish with the Uro-Fiber Finisher pads, but most technicians will prefer to have the one-two punch we like to call “The Uro-Fiber Twins”. Start with the versatility of the Uro-Fiber pads for cutting and polishing, then bring the paint to an amazing finish with the Uro-Fiber Finisher.

The patented Center Tee System will provide the end user with fast easy pad loading and centering every time. The Center Tee is permanently mounted to the pad and can’t get lost like plastic centering tubes. Our Center Tee Contour Ventilated Foam Pads have quality hook & loop material with a straight down recessed cup for extra protection. We have a wide range of durable open cell foams and the contoured edge conveniently fits automotive style lines for easy buffing. The ventilation holes reduce heat build up along with a smoother buffing action.

Green Extreme Cutting

The GREEN foam pad is constructed of a very coarse, dense sharp foam that is able to level severe defects on hard paint systems. Heavy swirl marks, scratches, type 3water spots and other paint imperfections will be effortlessly removed with this pad. Always follow this pad with a less aggressive pad/polish combination to maximize gloss and surface smoothness.

Orange Medium Cut/Polishing

The ORANGE foam pad is constructed out of a dense, sharp foam that is able to level moderate to heavy defects on hard paint systems. Swirls, light scratches, type 2 water spots and other paint imperfections will easily be removed with this pad. This pad is aggressive enough for most applications on factory clear coat systems. Always follow this pad with a less aggressive pad/polish combination to maximize gloss and surface smoothness.

Maroon Polishing

The MAROON foam pad is almost as dense as the orange foam pad, but it’s constructed out of a less aggressive foam that is perfect for refining a soft paint system to an extremely high gloss. The Maroon foam pad removes light swirl marks, holograms, clay-induced marring, and other light paint imperfections. This pad finishes exceptionally well considering the mechanical polishing ability that it provides.

Red Finishing

The RED foam pad is the softest foam pad in the Low-Pro system. It is designed for applying ultra-fine polishes, glazes, waxes and synthetic sealants. The Red foam pad will finish flawlessly on any paint system, creating an exceptionally glossy finish worthy of a show car.

Buff and Shine Uro-Fiber Pads are designed to fully maximize the detailing potential already seen in microfiber pads. With a 25% lower pile than traditional microfiber pads, Buff and Shine Uro-Fiber Pads also feature a blend of two different microfiber grades into just one pad. These two features, never before seen in a microfiber pad, allow you to cut, polish and finish in just one step!

While the black and white fibers found in the Buff and Shine Uro-Fiber Pads lead to an overall attractive appearance, they are for so much more than just looks. With both cutting fibers and polishing fibers blended together into one pad, you are now able to remove light to moderate scratches and swirls, polish to perfection, and buff to a high shine in just one pad! Although, of course, you will need a clean pad for each step.
